The year 2015 has brought good tidings to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology with an improvement of 202 positions in the January world ranking of universities by Webometrics. JKUAT equally retained its third place in Kenya after University of Nairobi and Kenyatta University, having been placed 44 in Africa. The University which was ranked 2624 worldwide made strong showing in three of the four indicators used to rank the institutions.
