A team from Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters, the ultimate authority of taekwondo throughout the world, docked at JKUAT, June 10, 2016 in a bid to promote the taekwondo sport to the youth of the country. The Kukkiwon’s superb demonstration before staff and students, comes after the Government of Kenya, through the Ministry of Education signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kukkiwon to strengthen and develop cooperation between Kenya and South Korea, in the field of taekwondo technology and education.
