Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia has congratulated JKUAT on winning the competitive bid to host the Maritime Technology Cooperation Centre (MTCC) for the Africa region. The Centre which is funded by the European Union is part of global efforts by the International Maritime organization (IMO) to mitigate harmful effects of climate change.
